User research

This module covers the importance of research in UX design, including different types of research such as qualitative, quantitative, and attitudinal behavioral. It also teaches how to prepare and carry out research techniques that include usability testing, defining test objectives, test scripts, finding users, desktop/mobile setups, card sorting, depth interviews, online surveys, stakeholder interviews, and A/B testing. Additionally, it addresses research bias and phrasing questions appropriately.
